Every Process Under One Roof

When your parts require cutting, forming, welding, finishing, and assembly, coordinating multiple suppliers creates delays, quality gaps, and finger-pointing when something goes wrong.

ZAK eliminates that complexity. Every manufacturing process, from raw material to finished, coated, assembled product, runs through our 66,000m² facility in Foshan, China. Your parts move directly from one station to the next with no shipping between vendors, no re-inspection at each handoff, and no scheduling gaps between processes.

The result: shorter lead times, tighter quality control, and a single point of accountability from first cut to final shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What manufacturing processes does ZAK offer?

ZAK provides three integrated capability areas: sheet metal fabrication (laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, welding, deburring, foam sealing, and assembly), precision metal stamping (progressive die, deep draw, transfer die, with in-house tool and die), and surface finishing (powder coating, electroplating, anodizing, polishing, brushing, and protective coatings). All processes operate under one roof in our 66,000m² facility.

Yes. We support projects from single prototypes through production runs of millions of parts annually. For sheet metal fabrication, typical prototype lead times are 7–10 days. For stamping, our 101 presses and in-house tooling shop allow us to move from tool design to first article samples in 3–5 weeks, depending on complexity.

ZAK maintains triple ISO certification: ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management), and IATF 16949:2016 (automotive quality). These certifications are audited annually by third-party certification bodies and govern every process in our facility.

For sheet metal fabrication, our laser cutting handles sheets up to 3,000 × 1,500mm and our bending capacity reaches 4,000mm in length. For stamping, our largest press (1,200 tons) accommodates parts requiring significant forming force. Contact our engineering team with your specific dimensions for confirmation.

Yes. Our dedicated tool and die shop designs, builds, maintains, and repairs all stamping dies in-house. This eliminates the delays and communication gaps of outsourced tooling and allows us to make rapid modifications during development. Our tooling team includes 12+ engineers with an average of 11+ years of experience.

Our IATF 16949-certified quality system includes incoming material verification, in-process dimensional checks, and final inspection reporting. Full inspection reports, material certificates, and salt spray test data are available with every shipment. Our CMM equipment and dedicated QC team ensure your specifications are met at every stage.
