What carriers do you work with?
For air express, we use DHL, FedEx, UPS, and SF Express. For air freight and sea freight, we work with established forwarding partners. You can also use your own carrier account if preferred.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. Many clients prefer to arrange their own logistics. We can prepare your order for pickup or deliver to a port or warehouse of your choice.
How are duties and import taxes handled?
Under FOB and CIF terms, import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. If you choose DDP (door-to-door), we handle all duties and taxes — the price we quote is what you pay.
What if goods are damaged during shipping?
All shipments can be insured. For CIF and DDP orders, insurance is included. We photograph all products before shipping. If damage occurs, we’ll provide documentation and work with you on the claims process.
Do you ship samples before full production?
Yes. We recommend sample approval before volume production. Samples typically ship via air express for fast delivery (3-7 days).
What's the minimum order for shipping?
There’s no minimum for samples or prototypes. For production orders, MOQ varies by product complexity, contact us for specifics.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, we provide the tracking number and carrier link if applicable. You can monitor your shipment in real-time. We also notify you proactively about the status or if any delays occur.
